How we count

Every figure on the Results page has a definition, a source, and an update date. What can't be proven at the record level isn't published — that's why you won't find member counts, follower counts, or cumulative attendee counts here.

Five rules we follow

  1. Every figure has a written definition, a source, and an update date.
  2. Only things that can be counted: requests, introductions, projects, contracts, attendees. Nothing like “over 10,000 Romanians reached”.
  3. Figures are fields in a table, updated by the team, not text written into the page.
  4. When a figure drops, it drops. The funnel shows the weak months too — that's what makes it credible.
  5. A result is marked confirmed only with proof: a signed contract, an invoice, a public announcement, or written confirmation.

Figures marked with ● are provisional and get confirmed from the database.
